TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Appointments & Deposits

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

1.2 Deposits are transferable once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

1.3 Appointment times include consultation. Please arrive on time.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

2.1 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

2.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.

2.3 No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

2.4 Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

3.1 Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or shortened.

3.2 Full payment remains due even if treatment time is reduced due to late arrival.

4. Patch Testing 

4.1 Patch tests are mandatory at least 24–48 hours prior to:

  • Eyelash extensions

  • Lash lifts

  • Brow or lash tinting

4.2 Failure to attend a required patch test may result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit.

4.3 A negative patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur.

5. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility

5.1 Clients must disclose:

  • Allergies

  • Eye conditions

  • Recent eye surgery

  • Pregnancy

  • Use of retinol or skin-thinning medication (important for waxing)

  • Skin sensitivity or conditions

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe.

5.3 We are not liable for reactions where medical history was not fully disclosed.

6. Eyelash Extension Aftercare & Liability

6.1 Clients must follow aftercare instructions provided.

6.2 We are not responsible for poor retention due to:

  • Oil-based products

  • Excessive touching

  • Sleeping position

  • External salons performing infills

  • Failure to cleanse lashes properly

6.3 No refunds are provided for retention issues beyond 48 hours post-appointment.

7. Waxing Policy

7.1 Clients must inform us if using:

  • Retinol

  • Roaccutane (past 6–12 months)

  • Chemical exfoliants

  • Recent sun exposure

7.2 We are not responsible for lifting, bruising, or sensitivity where contraindications were not disclosed.

 

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Due to the nature of services, refunds are not offered once treatment has been completed.

8.2 If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours. A corrective appointment may be offered at our discretion.

8.3 Change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

9. Age Restrictions

9.1 Clients under 16 require parental consent.
9.2 Certain treatments may not be carried out on minors at our discretion.

 

10. Hygiene & Conduct

10.1 Clients must attend appointments with clean lashes and no eye makeup unless removal has been booked.

10.2 Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of appointment and full charge.

11. Payments

11.1 Full payment is due at time of appointment.

11.2 Prices may change without notice.

12. Liability

12.1 Treatments are carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12.2 Liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided.

 

13. Data Protection

13.1 Client information is stored securely and processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

13.2 Information is used only for booking, treatment, and communication purposes.
